Fuel Pump Power 200 81

I am having a problem woth my fuel pump and I need help. When the key is turned to the accessory position and the fuel pump turns on for a second (that hissing noise under the car) where does the fuel pump get the power to turn on for that second. What I meen is where can I locate the whiring because mine will not turn on.

Is it true that if you have no spark for the spark plugs that meens that the pump will not turn on either.
