Will a 9XX series interior FIT into a 740 sedan?? 700 1988

Hey all,

Next project is converting the interior of my beloved into black....which is why i want a 940 series interior to go into my car....My only question is, what differences are there? Are the door panels the same? What about the carpets?? Thats all that really matters at this stage, but i'd love to know before i went out and started it off!!!
