Seat dial 200 84

I've tried researching the archives on this one, but no luck. The seat dial (manual) that adjusts the tilt has somewhat disentegrated into a few shards of plastic. Now, any time I go to adjust the seat I get a nice gash on my left hand. Ya, it's the driver's seat lower knob. I've stared this one down but I'm stumped. How do I replace this thing?
