engine mounts 200 1989

I popped the hood a couple of days ago and had my friend start up the ol' 240. my engine shakes really bad when starting up and when i give it gas. i'm not talking about it vibrating a little, it looks like its loose. Is this how the B230F should act or are the engine mounts wearing? or is it something else? any help would be great.
