In tank pump 86.5- 700 87

Hey board,

According to my manual the in tank fuel pump was the same for all LH injection cars until 1986.5 then it changed. Does anyone know what the difference is , in terms of fit, performance etc. Im thinking I may have the wrong one in my car. Possible.

Im still looking for the reason for the early demise of my main fuel pump.
