Engine diesels When I turn it off 140-160 1969

Is there any cure for my dieseling problem on this factory rebuilt B20 with a complete carb rebuild. (original SU HS6 Rebuilt by Joe Curto in Queens N.Y.) I feel like with the new jets and needles it shouldn't over run but it's as bad as ever. Can anyone help?
