does my turbo have a flame trap?? 700 85

i have a 700turbo and i looked at my hoses and found what looked like a flame trap holder. i didnt think the turbo came with a flametrap. it even has a wire tye wrapped around it so the hose wont pop off. should i pop the tye off and check it out?
