Lonely Vacuum Hose! 700 87

I have owned this '87 760T for a few weeks, and I noticed a 'T' fitting on the vacuum pump, vacuum pump is directly in front of the power steering res. This T fitting is open to atmosphere, looks like something should be connected to it but I cant find a loose hose any where. What gives??
