any tips on replacing 740 gle starter ? 700 86

Have posted earlier re: dragging starter when cold despite brand new battery.Update here..Now it's 60 degrees and all I get is CLICK..CLICK

from my starter!! I was able to get a used one for $60.00 and now I have to plan on installing it!!Any tips on DIY ?? Anybody done this lately??
