I really don't know too much about this, but I'll try to describe it as best as I can. There is a hose that keeps cracking and coming off of part of my engine. It is attatched to the vacuum thing that is near the throttle body, and I assume that it has something to do with controlling the idle, it performs the same function as the wire attatched to the accelorator pedal, but is controlled by the hose that is attatched to it. This hose keeps coming off, no matter how well I put it on.
My car does have some problems with stalling after I put it into gear for the first time before driving, and over the past few days, it has been stalling during turns, just cutting out, although it will start back up again.
Could someone please tell me what this hose does and if it may be related to either of these problems? Thanks a lot.
