horn & headlight flasher 120-130 66

The horn on my 66 Amazon has stopped working. I'v checked the wiring for contiuity, the connections, everything I can think of. The horns work fine if I run a jumper to the battery. Is there something in the horn button or somewhere else that I'm missing?

Also, not sure if it's related, but the high beam flasher has begun to blow the fuse everytime I flick the lever on the steering column.

I've also just replaced the fuse block with a brand new one from GCP.

Any help would be appreciated,
