What's a good compression reading for a B21FT? 200 1984

I'm handing the owner the cash tomorrow if I can verify good compression on this car. I don't know what a good reading is for the B21FT (no intercooler) and would really like to know how to get it. The car has 100,700 miles (not joking) and has been sitting for 2 years. It isn't running (pumps, maybe more) and thusly can only be compression tested cold. What's a good reading? Should I pour oil into the plug holes to seal them? Thanks a lot for the help, guys. I need as much advice as I can get, as this is my first Turbo car.
