Hello all,

I am a previous volvo owner, and I need to get back into the fold. I am looking specifically for a few things: Hauling capacity and Speed. I need to be able to pick two to three people up at, say, an airport, and still transport thier baggage with thier comfoft level being way up there. I am currently looking at the very good pricing on 9 and 7 series station wagons, but I am a bit unsure on the engine choices. I am specifically interested in the turbos, and was wondering what sort of options there were there. ALSO: I will probably want to upgrade the power a bit, and was wondering if these engines can take a bit more boost as long as I provide more fuel.

Are there any known issues in the 7 and 9 series cars that pertain to:

Engine/Boost issues

Transmission problems with more power (not too much)

How easily the handling is modified.

This car will be my wife's car, but I will need to drive it quite a bit, and my daily driver is an 89 Porsche 928S4 5spd.
