idle control / stalling 200 86

general idle problems and more - 86 240

lately, on cold starts (not 0 degress either but 20s) the car will stay running only after second cranking and the idle, after hanging at around 1000, will drop down to 600-700 for 5 min before the engine fully warms.

on top of that now when i bring it back down to idle during normal driving - the rpms will start to flutter and drop at stoplights and then it will stall. it starts after a few tries. this problem is intermittent so it's not probably an idle adjustment or a vaccumm thing (?) - what are the parts in the idle control system that are the likely culprits?

by the way, the throttle position sensor was recently replaced.
