oil drip at idle screw 200 85

Latest issue:

The car, '85 245 187.5 miles.

The problem, had idle problem so I cleaned the throttle body, adjusted t.p.s.,replaced air bellow(mine was cracked)flame trap was replaced 8k ago.Noticed an oil drop on idle screw, is this just blow-by or do I need another flame trap already? Car runs fine, I just like looking for something to fix.
