240 Timing Belt Problems 200 1983

Hi all,

Am trying to replace a timing belt on a 1983 240. The belt came off, but am having trouble getting the proper alignment on the crankshaft pully. Originally the timing was off before I replaced the belt and I'm trying to get it re-timed.

Any tips, hints, etc....
