Thule Roof Rack? 900

Greetings,

I have a Thule Ski Box that I have been using on a Bic Sportrack on my '83 242.

Bic says the roof rack also fits my 1991 940 SE, but I tried it on the car tonight and I am disappointed to see that the gutter brackets will quietly shred the top of the rubber door gasket and mar the paint.

Has anyone tried the Thule 300 rack on a 900?
