Electrical fault 700 1986

Power to seat heaters/windows/ sunroof. The battery drains in a few days. I found power to the relays with the ignition off. Removing the #9 fuse removes the power and stops the drain. I removed all of the relays, one at a time, but nothing changed. the window winder/electric fan relay pulls in when the fuse is installed. Any suggestions will be appreciated. I'm a DIY'er who sometimes get in over my head, but generally get by.
