Door rust 200 1985

How do I stop rust eating my lower front corners of my doors. Have sprayed anti rust liquid inside doors every year since the brick was new. From inside (panels removed) doors look nice. Seems like humidity collects between outer steel side and some reinforcement plate at the lower corner (or is it just the inside steel panel). Haven't found a way to inject rust stopping medicine in the wounds. Anyone?
