lights on dash flicker and dont turn off 200 1990

on my 240, after it is started, the parking break light, the brake faliure light, the battery light, stay on after i have started the car, this started after a damp night, and i was wondering if it is a short and were about it is. thanks for any responses, you fixed my cars problem before can you do it again, thanks.
