Special Volvo Tools for Checking Fuel Pressure 200 1989

I have read in the Bentley Manual that to Check the fuel pressure you need a special gauge set up. Does any one know where to get this, or how do you test the fuel pressure with a regular gauge on a B230F engine? I called the dealer and they are useless.
