78 264 value?

a friend and i got a 1978 264 GL for free and are looking to fix it up and sell it... the engine needs a new water pump and a fan to start(atlaest we are told that) ... the inside is in good shape .. and so is te outside .. there is a little rust below the drivers side winshield .... SO ... if we do fix this car up and make run how much could we sell it for?? it has like 180k miles on it. and is the V-6 as you know. i'm told that changing the water pump isn't the most fun of jobs on this car .. and that the part is expensive ... so i dno't know if its worth it to us to fix and sell ... OR try to sell how it is right now ....
AND if any of you are in san deigo area and are looking for a car like this or would like it for parts let me know and you can help us put this car to use

oh and the car is a 4sp manual with o/d (if i remember correctly) ... so who knows
