need shop recommendation for Ptld, OR please. 200 1983

while I'm thinking of it, does anyone have any shop recommendations for Portland Oregon? I know of a place called TVG - my only problem with using them is that they charge $150 to do motor mounts whether you have the parts or not. I HAVE the new mounts already (from OEM volvo) so I'm hoping to find a shop that will install them & not charge me for parts I don't need from them.

Any help is appreciated as I am on a very tight budget right now.
