New Leak on the Block 200 1988

To all Brick board Masters here is a question. I have a 244DL with a B230F engine (Duh). Well, I have a coolant leak on the block under the exaust manifold (specifically the #3 port). I saw and felt that it was not a crack but it feels like a plug should be there. Kind of like the oil plug on the rear of the engine. It's about 1.25in and of course circular. When I Pour coolant in it flows out of this opening 1 to 1. Can it be fixed and is it DIY? THanks for your help.
