I noticed after leaving my brick for a few days, that a fair amount (two spots along the pass. side of the engine, about the size of a silver dollar) of coolant. I popped up the hood and oddly enough the turbo charger was soaked. If it were water cooled, I might suspect that. So I looked around a bit and then saw where the problem was comming from. Below the #2/3 cylinder. There was water comming out from between the head and block.
Blown head gasket right? I figured this may be why the car burns a little coolant while cold as well, good thought?
So I assume to take the head off and find a gasket that has a split along the water jacket which goes into one of the cylinders. Anyone think that is it?
I checked the freezeplug on that side. Nothing there.
One more stupid question. Anyone ordered replacement injectors from IPD before? Are they priced per injector, or per set of four?
Guess I could always call them and ask too. heh.
Thanks all
Jeff
