Which thermostat to use? 120-130 1965

Greetins' all,

I've noticed that Swedish Classics offers several choices in thermostats. If my B18D runs cold in the winter and hot in the summer, should I use a 180, 188, or 197 degree thermostat in winter and a 160 in the summer?
