DME EDITOR OR BIN FILE

I want a DME editor or Bin File for '90 740 T OR b230FT.(http://www.bonnevillemotorwerks.com/dmeedit.html)
I want to add or make a Chip for my '90 740t. I have the ability to modify the dme, but i need the software to do i right, Or an alreaty modified Bin from another dme
Any info or help is appreciated.
