engine head studs correct torque

I have to replace the exhaust manifold gaskets on my '83 244Ti, I looked on the Bentley for the torque specs for the studs on the exhaust side of the head, but could not find it. Could someone help me with this? Is it recommendable to apply antiseize compound to the studs?
