creaking from the left-front wheel 200 1984

I just had my left-front bearings repacked by the dealer. Now I'm hearing a dull creaking sound whenever I turn the steering wheel to the left. I don't notice the sound when I turn to the right. The car drives fine otherwise...doesn't pull to any direction.

Is this something I should worry about?
