Automatic Transmission shudder at 0-10 and when stopping 10-0 700 1989

My car is a 1989 740 with an AW70 transmission. The car shudders violently between 0-10 and when declerating 10-0, otherwise the other gears are fine.

I should say that I let my tranny fluid get real low below minimum.

Any ideas?
