Blower motor question part two - installation questions 200 1987

Hello,
Blower motor part two. Once I get a blower motor and set about tearing my dash apart... well here are the questions:
Do I need to drain the coolant? It looks like I can avoid touching the heater core if I'm reading the diagram in my Haynes book correctly.
Is it easiest to take out most of the glove compartment side and go at it that way?
If one side of the air duct is taken off will the whole blower motor come out or does the airbox have to be completely separated into it's two halves to get the motor out?
Does anyone have copies of the installation instructions from the IPD website? (it seems their link to downloadable instructions is no longer active)
