OBDII pin-out UK model S90-V90 1998

Any OBD gurus out there?

The pin-out on my socket is not what I was anticipating.

Expected: ISO 9141-2 (4,5,7,15,16)
Found: ? (4,5,7,12,13,16)

Leaves me wondering if it is an ISO OBD, and if so, which pin is the (L) signal line and what is the extra wire for?

All thoughts welcomed.
