240 DL 1984: My Brakes done Broke 200

Here's my story...
1. Moved to Maryland
2. Maryland DMV Inspection required me to replace the following:
RR caliper
LF, LR, RR, brake lines
Rear rotors
3. I bled the system and could not get the brake failure light stop coming on.
Top of pedal is soft. Air in one of the systems?
4. The failure sensor was leaking so I replaced the distrubution block & sensor.
5. No more leaking but the top half of the pedal is still soft.
6. Replace the master cylinder.
7. Pressre bleed the system from master cylinder. Top still soft.
8. Bleed more with tapping all of the lines and dislodging some bubbles. Soft!
9. Continue Bleeding (from my mind). 6 qts later...SOFT!
10. Lost and confused.

A. Where does air hide? Dist Block? Rear check valves?
B. Is it necessary to bleed the Distribution Block? How?
C. Does anyone have the phone number of the "engineer" that created this brake system?
D. Does valium help?

Thats my story and I'm stick'n to it!

Thanks,
Kivec.
