No spark 86 240 200

My 86 240 b230f died on way home last night ,spoused towed me with
87 240.It had been starting poorly for a few weeks now and sometimes
idling poorly stalling but running normal at highway speed .My
troubleshooting leads me to a no spark situation .Iplugged in my spare
ignition computer still no spark.(volvochrysler ignition module with
bosch distributor)How can i test trigger unit&coil? Any other possibilities?
