I'm mainly posting this out of disgust and anger at the rental car industry. I was recently rear ended by a guy, and my 1990 240dl is gone. Its not likely that he'll pay to repair the car, because he was uninsured at the time, but I can't even get a rental car! I pay this freaking bill on my insurance for rental coverage, yet there is no rental agency that will rent to drivers under 21! WE NEED CARS TOO. I have a very busy life, besides trying to get to school, in Atlanta where the average commute is 37miles ONE WAY. I also work two jobs, and volunteer. I CANNOT AFFORD TO NOT HAVE A CAR! My professors are already starting to hate me, because i am late to all of my classes. Anyway, I am sorry for posting this flame on the board. I came here, because I was hoping some of the fellow "brickers" would know of any car rentals places in the Atlanta area that cater to younger drivers (read: under 21). I am not paying for it, because I was not at fault in the accident, but this is becoming a serious hinderance. thanks, and sorry once again.
