Q: Is there a connection between a 223 & 132 fault code?

It seems that whenever my Mom's 740 gets a 223 code it also gets a 132 code. I fail to see the logical connection between them. The 223 is for the Idle Air Control Valve, and the 132 is for the battery voltage. Is this just a recurring coincidence? -- Thank you, Bruce
