m46 tranny fill plug....conclusion

Next tool purchase is going to be an acetylene torch setup. Long story short, neighbors friend has a portable welding setup installed on his plow / work truck. 3 minutes of heating and the plug spun right out and he didn't even want to charge me(I had to make him take money). One funny comment made by him when I told him of my attempts to heat the plug with a plumbers torch...light the torch, aim it on the plug, go away for three hours and MAYBE then it would be heated enough...but probably not. Repeat after me...Napoleon was right....
