Rough Idle and poor acceleration 200

Hi, as you can tell I'm new to this. My daughter has a 1979 244DL. It idles rough and seems to flood out during acceleration until the trottle reachs a certian point. Then is runs like a top. Ijust changed the spark plugs and fuel injectors but have the same problem. What else should I look at.
