considering turbo swap 200

well, I blew the head gasket on my b23e and instead of repairing it, i figured if i'm going through all that trouble, why not switch in a b230ft. is it possible to convert from a b23e with k jetcis to a 740 injection(lh?). would it be easier to attempt to find a 240 turbo motor? what parts would I need? how long would it take? how much would it cost? could i just put on the nescesary hoses, turbo, exhaust man., and sodium valves? my car is a b23e with k-jet cis and a bw55.

ps: could I reuse the kcam from my old engine in the new b230?
