How hard is it to replace the water pump help.. 200 1987

Look like I have a small leak (drip water coolan) under the water pump..

How hard or how much time do it take to replace the water pump..
do I need to remove the fan blade??

please guide step by step... thank for all your input

car have 277,000 and we want to keep it going
