Removing Roofrack on 86 240 Wagon 200 1986

I am trying to remove the roofrack on an 86 240 wagon. I can't figure out how to remove the threaded black plugs (What the actual roofrack would be screwed into) that go in the holes on the roof.

1. How do I remove the old ones?
2. How would I install the new ones?
