940se radio preset problem 900

after i disconnect my battery i entered code for antithift system on my radio.
but it cannot manual preset station well. It can preset to 3 5 7 9 ex 104.3 104.5 104.7 104.9. How can i do for it in my country the radio set to 104.0 104.5 only
