Camshaft for B30F 140-160 1975

Hi, I've been looking for a camshaft for a second 164e I have. A few years ago I heard tell of a camshaft that was being sold for B30 engines fitted to boats in the Western BC/ Vancouver area. Has anybody heard about these? I was told that they had higher lobes that produced a higher idle and more power. Also heard at the time that converting my B30F to a B30E would increase the compression also boosting the HP's. I'm not looking at turning my 164 into a race car but it would be nice to get a little more kick out of it. Any info would be appreciated.
