the rear left door is permanently locked. the manual lever will not completely rise from the locked position. the door will not open from the inside or out or with the keyed electric system. you can hear it trying. the outside door handle and inside both move freely but wil not open the door. the inside door panel cannot be removed because it is below the level of the door opening edge. the speakers are in the rear window ledge. need help. volvo repair guy tried the window with his slip in unlocker. no luck. all other doors open well.
