'85 745 - Front Rotor Options - 700 1985

After a whopping 20k of pad life and a set of warped rotors (last ones were Brembo) I have some questions:

1)Are the IPD "eliptical" rotors a step up from OEM in terms of life and resistance to warping?

2)Same question, cross-drilled rotors.

3)Were can I get cross-drilled rotors?

4)Any other suggestions to improve wear? I read in one of the FAQs that the bolt torques are super important for this vehicle(63 ft-lbs).
