Hey there,

Well I was enjoying my honeymoon with my cherry '84 245TI when all of a sudden I open up the tailgate and it won't stay up? Now, I'm in South Louisiana, not known for its winters, it froze a couple weeks ago but has remained a steady 40's 50's 60's the last couple of weeks...I'm astounded, the shocks just all of a sudden stopped working. I'm not in the mood to pay $30 per shock to IPD, has anyone had any luck at the local part store?
