Spuddering 200 1979

SO nowthat it is cold. My car has started to run funny. When its cold it spudders. Its like the timing is going all outta whack. It does this only when it is cold out side. Usually when the car warms right up, it runs nice. But now that it is cold through out the day, it spudders all day.

Its also having a hard time idling. The adjustment screw is adjusted properly. Any idea's? I'll change the plugs, and the cap and rotor in the next week, change the thermostate and coolant again (the thermostate isn't warm enough for my liking).

Any more idea's would be nice.
