Dome light / rear door light switches 700

OK, I have a couple weird electrical problems here. Well, the latter isn't really weird...

First off, the *dome* light works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. the FRONT READING LIGHTS still function properly. The bulb is fine. Right now it's working fine. Could this be a bad shut-off timer or a short-circuit somewhere??

Next, the rear door light switches are dead, they simply don't work. Now, my dad's old 87 245 had the same problem.
