My mirrors and my roof 700 1992

On my passenger's side view mirror it seems to not go up far enough for me. The mirrors are electric and i wanted to know if both the mirrors should be able to go up about the same distance or is it just one. Also my sunroof (electric) opens and closes fairly slow. It seems to stuggle and sometimes gets stuck on the pop-up wind flap when it closes. What should i try?
