Got the shakes between 55-70 Mph 200

When I get up to fwy speed, my steering wheel shakes, but slightly beyond, (the speed that traffic often moves at anyway) it goes away. I thought I merely had some rotors to replace, but the brakes work great; I don't get the "ABS effect" like my Scrap... I mean, nissan truck has with its confirmed warpage.

What gives, are my wheel bearings shot? Or are my cheap PepBums tires out of balance? (Hey, they were on the car when I bought it!)
